Is Pasteur's Pharmacy charging a flat rate now?

For FedEx 2nd Day Delivery, this service is offered through FedEx at a flat rate of $14, with a guaranteed arrival of 2 business days within the continental United States from the date of shipment
This only pertains to Fedex 2 day. What about just plain USPS? It's not free anymore, right?
Looks like free shipping is available for me.
USPS is free for domestic orders over $35. It's on the page I linked.
Yeah, they stopped free shipping I think sometime last year. I live in NJ and if I had my order in by noon, I'd get it the next day when it was completely free shipping. Now with the $35 min. my order takes a couple of days longer. Not that it matters to me one way or the other.

If I bought something for $5 how much is shipping?
Well, you can do what I did to find out:
I put 2 tucks of Gillette Platinum blades ($4.98 plus tax) in my cart and went to checkout to determine shipping and it came to $3.96 via USPS Ground Advantage ($6.90 for Priority Mail, or $28.95 for Priority Mail Express).
Of course, that ($3.96) might change depending on the size and weight of your $5 item.

Why am I being charged shipping of $4.00 for a cart total of $87 and a discount of $13 with a new total of $78.38? I thought anything over $35 is free domestic shippng?
Just email them and they will figure out what's going on. They're usually very helpful. It should be free over $35.
I think it depends on the weight & size of the package.
To make it worse I saw the pop-up REWARDS thing and I clicked to redeem the 800 points and it is now gone but it didn't deduct the $$$ off the total.
I stopped buying from them when they changed the website to be difficult to use (IMHO) about the same time they started charging for shipping. TRC or Maggards for me now.
Emailed them but most likely I won't hear back from them until the sale/promo is over. I'm going to hold off on buying until I hear back which will likely be too late.
strange thing is in my order that I have ready to go, there are no shipping options for 2 day, ground advantage, just the $4.00 shipping but that's all, nothing else to select.
I think they are a great vendor. I've gotten several very good deals from them on closeouts, etc. I like their selection and they still have a reasonable minimum of $35 for free shipping.
Free shipping for small orders was too good to last. I don't think they had much choice when shipping rates increased.
Spend more money with them and it is - 35 dollars is hardly unreasonable for free shipping.
Can someone do a test order and see if they can get the order to get free shipping? I tried several times on different browsers signed in or not to my account and I get $4.00 shipping even with the total over $75
