Is it worth it?

I recently came across a vintage dual side razor hone. One side is a Belgian Blue (4000 grit) and the other side Coticule (8000 grit) in a factory wooden box (size is 1-5/8 x 6-7/8). The owner is holding it until I get back with him. He's wanting $100.
Would this be a decent deal?

If you like narrow hones, it is an okay price.
