What's new

InItial impressions: TGN Master Badger Silvertip (short loft)

I’ve been using this brush a lot and wanted to update those who are following

What’s really impressing me is that this knot continues to get softer and softer. In other words, it was quite scritchy at first, and with more subsequent uses, along with a good drying period, the tips are getting softer and less scritchy. I’m seeing some tips split. The good backbone remains. And this is good with all soaps (hard, soft, crioaps and creams)

The knot has lost a few more hairs since the initial post, I think that may be over. Nothing to get upset about

almost 6 months in with this brush -- I used this in a rotation of others -- and I can tell you the scritch has diminished significantly, however there is still a bit there. the brush is becoming my go-to badger. the size and performance are fantastic.

anyone else have experience with this unique knot?
