In Japan I can't find the right Feather's!

I've been looking at drug stores, Hardware Stores w/ personal hygiene aisles, and other Wal-Mart like chain stores in the personal grooming department and can't find Platinum Feather's anywhere. I finally broke down and bought some "HI Stainless" Feather's to give them a try but I can't figure out where the other one's are hiding.

Anyone have any good advise.

The factory is only a 6 hour drive away in Osaka but that would be after about $200 worth of Sanyo Toll fees so no dice there.

There are a few site that sell Kai blades..made in Japan blue packaging

I'm looking for local store bought. I guess I'm asking if anyone knows of a store or a chain of stores in Japan that might cary them.

Yep, they're platinum coated.

Is there a Tokyu Hands in your area? I don't specifically remember seeing Feather blades, but they had a decent shaving aisle last time I was there (in 2004).
