I seem to have fixed the problems with my Hobby Lobby hinged shadow box display case.

I pulled the 5/8 square stock in favor of 1" square,I then set up a line of razors to determine a good center line for the maximum number of razors on a holding bar (in this case 6) and then drilled a 1/2" hole slightly off center toward what would be the back of the holding bar in order to provide a slightly deeper pocket for the razor.
I then used a coping saw to cut slightly outside the hole I drilled to clear the thickest handle razor (fat boy) I have.
I then set to aligning the racks by first setting my thickest headed razors (Fat Boy and Sheraton)to insure easy clearance from the top of the case and then set my second longest handle razor (Slim) to allow clearance from the next set down.
Once the clearances were determined the racks were mounted with screws.
I've decided that since the shadow box only hangs on the wall by two sawtooth picture mounts that I will set a couple of screws just under the holding bars into the actual wall studs for a bit more secure mounting.
