I dropped my Edwin Jagger DE89 last month and broke the screw stem off the head! My favorite razor, I was pissed. Sent an email to EJ and Suzanne immediately sent a new one out from the UK to Seattle. Free of charge! Even included samples of their shave cream and asb. This is the kind of company I can get behind.

And great to have her back. 3 pass bbs and not a weeper.
