I'm the new guy that bought 1767 blades for $45. Hi!

Hi all, I'm super new to DE shaving. I saw an ad for Henson, and was very interested. I had been using cartridge razors and electric razors since I got out of highschool. Hated those, so I attempted to grow a beard and ended up looking like Abe Lincoln according to my boss. For the past few years I've not had a beard because I it just didn't grow in a way that I liked, so I would shave once or twice a week with either a cartridge razor or electric razor.

Fast forward to me seeing the ad for the Henson, I went to "Targeeyt" to get a Van Der Hagen to see if this was actually something I would enjoy. It was awesome, but I was getting quite a few nicks with that razor which prompted me to get the Henson AL 13 Med.

Shortly after receiving the Henson, I saw an eBay post for 1890 blades at $45. SCORE!
Well, turns out it was 1767 blades.. but I think I'll be set for a long time haha.

I also had a buddy 3D print a lather cup, razor travel case, and Razor stand with a blade disposal box.

I'm super hooked now, and I look forward to being here.
