I'd pop around the corner to DH Harris and buy up everything in the Windsor scent: cream, AS, EDT, and a shave stick for travel. Then I'd stop by Trumpers and pick up a bottle of Eucris EDT.

I wouldn't buy soaps from any shop except C&S and Dr Harris.

Thanks for the feedback, I was just wondering what you would recommend buying. I am traveling to london next month, so I need to prepare.

I currently have a GFT Violet soap, which I don't really like to be honest. The scent itself is very good, but the soap doesn't work really well and as I have researched GFT soaps tend to behave badly sometimes. On the other hand I have a GFT Rose in tube which is wonderful in every aspect.

For now I'll definitely buy :

GFT Coral Skin food
D.R. Harris Arlington soap
D.R. Harris xy cream

As I wrote most of the English soaps (with the exception of DR Harris, Czech & Speake) are not well regarded around here since the reformulation. I had a puck of Floris 89, bought it on sale and it was still not worth the price.

I would definitely order some Martin de Candre Fougere with the leftover money. Czech & Speake is also meant to be worth it (I love the smell of the No 88, and the performance is meant to be great).

Definitely stp into floris, if only to sniff the colognes.
and don't forget Penhaligons, they have lots of shops around the city.
main problem will be nose fatigue.
