Shoot. The case didn't seem right and it looked nothing like a streamline but I have never seen the handle and thought I had struck gold. The search continues.
Streamlines are clunkier in head and handle. They have a distinctive thick knurled handle with a knurled knob on the end.
Not to be confused with the bathroom (bedroom?) set which also has a fairly thick knurled handle with a knurled knob on the end.
That round handle is most often found on the 1912 Damaskeene. Highly desirable. Open it up and see if it says "Use with Damaskeene blades" on the baseplate.

It's a bit different from the ones that came with the Damaskeenes. Those were round and just straight knurled. What Erik's got here is a later style that has smooth ribs running the length of the handle's body. These came in the "De Luxe" sets of the '20s, like the ones in the ad below from the March 1922 issue of McClure's Magazine.
I have always called it a lined handle Gem Junior..I have a couple...it is only Demaskeene if it says Demaskeene on the interior of the head.....That said, it's a good shaver.
