I tried Speik shave stick for the first time today.

I used to shave in the Shower before starting to DE shave (June 2012)... saw Speik Shave stick and thought I would give it a try... in my morning shower...

I rubbed the soap over my face... The smell was a medicinal herbal... very pleasant to me... and started to face lather with my Silver tip badget.... tons of wonderful slick lather was produced... I started to shave with my ej86 with Crystal blades and WOW! What a nice shave. BBS, comfortable, face feels great with no nicks, weepers or irritaion! I followed it up with Thayers wh with cucumber and applied my new Speik balm... If you have not tried this soap and after shave...it is a must. I know not everyone will like the smell as much as I do.. but the shave was exceptional and scent very mild.

My face hours later is very moisturized and feels awesome. With the price, I bought mine a WCS, how can you not try it?

You have touched just the tip of the iceberg. Tabac comes in a stick. So do most of the D.R. Harris soaps. Palmolive and Arko are around $1 and both are spank'n fine sticks.

I like to use the Speick stick as part of my preshave and then I load up the brush with Speick cream. What's not to love about using both??

My favourite soap, along with MWF and Mike's.

I love every aspect of Speick. The scent is amazing and quite calming. Lather is slick and protective and skincare is very soothing.

Speick really is excellent, among not only the many terrific sticks but also Germany's excellent soaps in general. You can easily make a stick from a bar of Klar Kabinett--one of the best deals these days.
