So I woke up this morning, showered, had a wonderful leisurely shave, got dressed and went outside . It had the makings of a glorious day so I went back in changed into my bike gear and headed out on a 50k cycle ride. On my way back into town I met up with a fellow rider who wanted to do lunch. We agreed to scoot home, change and meet at the local eatery. You can see where this is going. I jumped in the shower to get the sweat off and looked right into the forlorn face of my new Progress. Now I was blonde for most of my life until I decided to go grey so I am able to go two days without shaving and nobody notices. This was a little over two hours. I could have taken the blade out for all the good it did . Two full passes, relather ,the whole bit . Mind you I did feel good with a smooth Bay rum scented face and 50k under my belt.
Well the evening news is over. I wonder, should I have another shower.....
