I like my HotTop Roaster

I used the auto function as my basis for roasting in the HotTop but with one minor modification, the roast is set to finish at a Vienna Roast, just maybe barely into second crack, at approximately 208F. That's how I prefer my beans, with a slight amount of oil(s) at the surface; then, I allow the beans to age for about two weeks prior to brewing.
