What's new

I knew this day was coming

So it just happened, about 60 seconds ago. I am in the kitchen, and I hear a "tink, tink, PLOP!" from the bathroom. My brush, which I generally keep on a shelving unit above the toilet, fell from it's stand and directly into the liquid bacteria trap. I'm not sure what prompted its fall, but I think I may need a new brush... Luckily it was my $9 Omega, and not something more valuable.

the toilet is actually one of the cleanest areas in the bathroom. most peoples toothbrush has more bacteria on it than on the toilet

Wow! Sorry to hear about that! My policy is anything that goes into the toilet is gone for good! :001_huh:
How about a $4,000 dollar watch? I dropped one in the toilet accidentally year backs. I was fussing about trying to put it on when I was distracted and that's when it plopped in. Not one of my finer moments. :blushing: Luckily, the watch is water resistant 660 feet.

Will it really? Yes the bacteria will be gone but the knowledge of the brushes trip into the poo receptacle will never go away...

I know now to avoid any $9 Omega brushes on the BST...

Wow. You guys either don't have kids or haven't changed any seriously nasty diapers. By your standard I should have cut off my arms up to the elbows years ago. Shoot, a simple toilet drop is nothing. Get back to me when your kid eats it and it comes out the other end.

X2 on the Barbacide. I've accidentally dropped a razor into the toilet. I cleaned it and still use it.

Living in a fraternity house redefined my concept of dirty.
