I found an artesian made pomade

I really enjoy artesian made products because theres always a personal touch. Its called(Lockhart's Authentic) there on Esty and have gotten really good reviews on youtube. Im really excited to try it out if anyone has any reviews or thoughts on the product feel free to share your opinion .

Yeah, there's lots of artisan made pomades out there. Really great subculture. The tin art on them is very creative and they are fun to collect and try. Almost as fun as collecting shave soaps.

Lockhart's is my favorite pomade brand. Steve and Nichole give *amazing* customer service as well. I'd also recommend Dr. Rubin's. They had a hiccup with their orders a couple of months ago but I just ordered a new tin and got it in less than a week. My last recommendation would be The Classics Pomade Co. Great scent and a really great hold. All three of those can be found on Etsy.

I thought I would piggy back on this thread. Just got my first tin of lockharts and love it.

Just a question...does it go in damp hair or dry?

I snagged the light hold Lockharts based on a few recommendations here and just wondering if maybe I got a bad batch. The clove scent is overpowering and drowns out the cedar wood and cinnamon that's supposed to be in there. Maybe I got a dud or maybe it's just not for me. Got some suavecito too and found that to be a well perfumed water based pomade. Gonna email Lockhart and see what they can do for me.

Edit: Spoke with Steve from Lockhart's and he said the cedarwood had been removed some time ago, the website incorrectly listed it as an ingredient so if you love clove this stuff should be right up your alley.
