I am getting spoiled

I had been looking, for quite a while, for a pen that drew a nice clean dark line. I settled on a gel pen and that was ok, but still not quite what I was looking for. Then I got a pilot metro and I have found what I have been looking for all long. I am enjoying the heck out of it too. I seem to look for reasons to write on pretty much anything I can find about anything I can make up. I do have one problem though I use a lot of carbon paper in my job which does not allow me to use my new found favorite pen. Anybody have an idea about a way of using FP on carbon paper? I rather enjoy being spoiled and would like to continue to be.

a stiff medium nib can do carbon. Which usually means steel nibs

Esterbrook had nibs specifically designed for carbon copies, known as manifold nibs. They were described as "rigid". Look for nib numbers 1461, 2464, 5461, 7550, 8461, 9460, and 9461.
