For cleaning Vintage razors, soak in Dawn and warm water, spray with Scrubbing Bubbles let stand until bubbles are gone scrub with toothbrush and water, or for just a mild cleaning, Toothpaste, water and toothbrush.
I clean my razors, when needed with Dawn or toothpaste and toothbrush. a few drops of mineral or gun oil keeps moving parts working freely.
