How do you use your Razorock XXX?

I swirl.
Ditto. I don't find it that much softer than many other soaps.
I swirl as well, though I obviously don't have to swirl much to load the brush well, mine seems pretty soft and creamlike as well, unlike my p-160 which seems more croaplike.
Swirl like a real soap, put the cap on when done and rinse the excess.
I swirl...BUT...before I do, I shake out the excess water and even give the brush a little squeeze. For the Razorocks, including XXX, I think it is better for the brush to be on the dry side while loading it with product. This helps me avoid turning the soap into a lake of lather.
I found the XXX burned my face a bit, so I melted 2 ounce of shea butter and mixed it in with 2 ounce of XXX in a pyrex container. The resulting soap retained the classic smell, but was firmer, and no longer irritated my face.
I swirl. Seems about same consistency as Cella--a nice soft soap. Doesn't take long to get a nice lather.
I shave my face with it.

i dont use XXX i like the classic/cocoa but i am definitely a swirler, , i have tried grabbing a glob but sometimes a little remained and clogged the razor so now i swirl enough in my special container to build it up in the brush then face lather it

There's a fella on ebay that sells it by the pound for about $10 shipped. It's great to use for after the shave as well. Search unrefined shea butter.
Also swirl using Marco's Method. A wetter brush goes a long way.
Didn't know I was the only one...I scoop.
Same here. Easily get my 3 passes and a touch up. It's a great soap for lather. Face always feels great afterwards as well.
PIF it as the smell was not for me....
easily, i would also go as far as saying it is one of the best latherers out there
