British Isles in the Village has about everything that you need (as long as it is from the British Isles). It's my go to place for soaps, skin food etc. Unfortunatly, i've not found any place to buy blades so I buy them on the internet.

+1 on British Isles. The proprietor is very accomodating too. If you email him about something they don't have in stock, he will try to procure it for you.

Also, I can find Personna DE and Gem SE blades at my neighborhood CVS along with VdH soap and brushes. Whole Foods carries Thayer's witch hazel. And unsubstantiated rumor has it that Bed, Bath and Beyond also carries shaving supplies.
