The absolute most mild razor in my collection is a vintage Russian DE razor called the Ruby, or Rubie. It looks a lot like a Super Adjustable clone but shaves completely different from my Super Speed. Its an adjustable and even on its most aggressive setting it is very mild.

Rockwell plate 1 or 2. Believe me. It’s milder than the Henson (plate 1 for sure).
There’s no other razor as gentle as those 2 Rockwell plates. Specially plate 1.
No tech, blue tip, ej89 (no way!), merkur etc… none….
Plate one and a sharp blade is the mildest thing you’ll find in the DE world.
+1! That was my first question! The AS/D2 is well made and mild. I also enjoy Techs!
DE can not go wrong with Gillette Vintage Tech.
The King C. Gillette is a very mild DE razor. Works well for me. Lots of posts on it here to help you decide if it's right for you.
Did you every try an Above The Tie with M1?
Vintage gear is often overlooked, the truth is some of the Old Vintage Gear is a great value.
Some people even spend money to Restore & Replate as they understand Vintage works well with modern blades.
You could probably find a Gillette tech for $6-$10 at a thrift shop somewhere, if $ is tight.
Just shaved with the Razorock Mamba .70 this morning for the first time in more than a year. I really enjoyed the shave. I've avoided both the Mamba and Game Changer because of the posts being on the wrong plate for easy blade loading. It does shave well, though.

Have you tried Rockwell’s adjustable razor, the T2? Is it similar to plate 1 or 2 in terms of mildness and comfort on the lower settings?
I have not sir. The 6 line is so perfect to me that I never felt the urge.
But I seriously doubt there’s anything milder than a 6s on plate 1.
My experience as well. Never found anything more comfortable than Rockwell 6S.

Fatip testina gentile is also close but not quite there.
The TRC Razor(the razor company), Overlander, Bison, RR Cyber, RR GC 68p or 76p(my preference), and Aylsworth Apex. If you like the Henson I am pretty sure you would like most on this list.
