Ok, what should be considered as "ideal" hot water temp ? I know loads of you can chime in on this one. Please give me your pro's and con's too.
Thanks
You are going to get a wide range of answers on this one ....
Personally, I like it hot ... but I'm careful not to have it so hot a visitor -read kids- might burn themselves using the hot water side only. It is trial and error as I don't trust the thermostat settings on water heaters.
I switch off between cold water and hot water shaving. Hot for me is what most would consider warm water. It is warm enough to feel good but not hot enough to burn my skin.
I have my tankless hot water heater set to 112. that is hot enough for me. My dishwasher and washing machine both have water heaters built into them so I only need warm water to shower and shave with.
If you want to HOT prep, moisten a towel and toss it in the microwave. I do this when I want a nice leisurely shave and have plenty of time on my hands... yea right, like that happens.... Been 6 months or more since I had a long leisurely shave (anything longer than 1/2 hour)
