that's how i'm doing mine. i have a hollow handle brush that i wanted to add weight too, so i filled it with silicone and will epoxy my TGN know when it comes.
hot glue? epoxy? ...other?

the walnut brush is doing great! still not a fan of boar brushes tho. i have two others that are just about worthless. a vdh, and another just like the vdh.
i may just do a pif in the future.
