Just got back from 3 weeks in Europe and thought I'd share the picture of what I picked up (below). Let me know what you think. Left to right, top to bottom:
1 - Harris Arlington - Wanted this more than anything these past few weeks but thought I'd wait to pick it up at Harris in London
2 - Trumpers Spanish Leather - My first ever scent as a teenager was English Leather and my wife says her first "real boyfriend" used Russian Leather. So couldn't pass when I saw this Spanish Leather.
3 - Jagger Seabuckthorn - Didn't know anything about Jagger soaps but smelled this and just had to have it.
4 - Harris Arlington After Shave Milk - I asked if they had any samples and the nice woman in the store got a small bottle and filled it up for me.
5 - Trumpers Limes Skinfood - Have been holding off using a Trumpers Coconut shave soap till the weather gets warmer. Can't imagine anything better to finish a coconut shave with than a lime a/s
6 - Omega Pro 48 Brush - I was in Bologna, home of Omega brushes. Since I've never owned a boar brush it seemed like the perfect time to pick one up. This one is huge, but will work nicely in my Georgetown scuttle.
7 - Figaro Shave Soap - Had a hard time finding Italian shave soap. Stopped into a barber shop to ask where I might find some and he hauled out this tub. Spent a long time telling me how good it was. Wasn't really what I wanted, but couldn't say "no" since he'd been so nice. Looks and smells like Cella to me. Will probably put this up on BST
8 - Proraso canned cream - Canned goo? Yeah, I use a cartridge razor and canned cream when I travel. The small travel size I took with me ran out. When I went looking for a replacement I found this.
9 - Gillette Rubie blades - Found these in a small shop in Ukraine near the Romanian border. Have more blades than I need but had to pick up a couple of packs as a souvenir. Already have some Rubies though so might try to trade these.
10 - Gillette White Platinum blades - This might be the "holy grail" item for me since these have been described as either the same as, or very close to "Swedes". They weren't cheap, but I've got a couple packs to try out.
