Help with Milord (First Vintage)

Can someone help me possibly identify a year. Any special cleaning notes needed for the gold plating?

1948-50 Milord, kinda hard to be sure of contion with all the old soap but it may clean up real nice with a soak in warm water/ dish soap and gentle scrub with an old toothbrush.
If you have Scrubbing Bubbles that would also work.

Thanks the AD is starting to get me, but being out of the country it has helped keep it in check. I did want to buy at least one razor for the family to bring me when they come.

Who ever does the cleaning, you or a family member, remember to be gentle. That gold plating is easily rubbed off.
