Help! Questions about Floris Santal splash?

Anybody have any experience with this product? I'm curious about whether or not the glycerin helps, or if it really just feels like a straight alcohol splash. Also, I've never had the opportunity to sniff test the fragrance, I've heard it described as a spicy sandalwood, is that accurate?

I don't know if it is the glycerin or not, but Floris Santal is a surprisingly moisturizing AS. I wouldn't call Santal a Sandalwood scent, but if you like Sandalwood you will probably like Santal. I'm not that good at describing scents so I will not try. Hopefully someone else can help you.
