The seller thinks it's dated from the 50' or 60', but the package looks quite modern to me.

It´s a aluminum Tech Set No32 from the 50s. Mine is from 1951:

What's a decent price limit for this ?

15 EUR, I would think, maximum. I have paid less for brand new (but not the Alu).
