Help in ID'ing Rocket/Parat

Just got this razor from an eBay auction from over the pond. Inside the silo it reads BRIT.PAT. 694093. Underneath it says MADE IN ENGLAND with a II to the right of the center post. I am guessing this is an HD Rocket. 1950's? Thanks.
