Help identifying this case, and possibly dating this razor?

Gentlemen (and ladies),

I ran in to this razor today and, on impulse, took it home with me.
It was labeled as 'circa 1910', and while I knew from the jump that this was incorrect, I wanted it.

Got it home and cleaned it up, and I believe I am correct that this is from roughly 1938, and is a NEW type.

The case, however, has me stumped. It is labeled as an Aristocrat case, and as much as I appreciate having a case, I know this is of course not the case for THIS razor.

Would you all be so kind as to lend me some expertise in identifying and dating these pieces, please?

Thank you all.

Thank you to everyone who replied!

The case I have looks just like the 47-48 Aristocrat case, but as stated, it's pretty grody.

I know it seems over the top, but I enjoy fixing things and I would love to restore this case. It is, after all, the only cased razor that I own, and though it is the wrong case, I feel like it deserves to be nice again.

Any clue where I can get some information on restoring this thing myself?

I can make my own silkscreens for the logos and do all of the liner work without a problem, but sourcing the correct fabrics and possibly replacement hings (if necessary) might be more difficult.

Thank you all again!
