Help Identify What I Found

Hello everyone. I was going through dad's old boxes looking for a picture. I came across this shaving stuff I never saw him use. He always used Gillette Good News disposable and Babasol. The razor not in the case has Gillette on the cap and Made In Germany inside. What is all of this? I never knew he had it nor where it came from.

Good ol' Old spice mug, and ever-ready boar brush. Mug would have had a puck of soap in it originally, guessing that is gone now. From the 70's, probably.

I soak my brush in a mug almost exactly the same every shave.

The short razor in the case is a Travel Tech (like this one, but in a different case). The longer one is also a Tech, they did make them in Germany, you can see examples here (ctrl F search for Germany, although none seem to match yours exactly). Are there any date codes on them?
I looked closer under my cctv. The razor shown next to the mug read Made In England U4.
