The only local shop I know with shaving products has this "Pure Badger" brush with this description:
"A fine German company handcrafts each brush for us using only the finest materials available.
All of our brush handles are designed for comfort, elegance and durability. Natural bristle (especially 100% pure badger hair) generates a rich and warm lather, softens and lifts the beard, opens pores, brings sufficient water to the skin ,and gently exfoliates. There is no finer way to shave."
It's here: http://www.thesoapopera.com/cgi-bin/scart.cgi/TSO-SB-40700.php3?scartid=6015301
I can't place the manufacturer agains the ones listed here: http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/index.php/Shave_Brush_Hair_Grades
Can anyone identify the maker? My best read of the image is: "Pure Badger, LeClaire & Bandt, Made in Germany". The name is hard to read. Would this be a good purchase?... I can't get the C&E BBB any longer.
