Help: ID this Blade - Pesonna Blue?

Hi B&B,

I recently bought 100 blades of 'Personna Blue' blades from a local vendor. These came in a zip bag and noted as old stock. They shave superbly, and I'm curious as to know what type of Personna Blue they are. As you can see the come in plain white packaging and have no arrows on the blades like "Personna Blue/Babrber Blades" referenced.

Can anyone assist in I.D these blades, pics below.

I'm sure somebody who knows the answer to this will be along shortly. I believe somebody told me that Israeli personnas are wrapped like that when they are sold in the UK.

Not UK reds either.
Looks more like the Tesco/Boots/Asda supermarket unmarked Israeli blades.
