Do you guys see a double ring & Psycho in this lot? The black handle/silver head one-piece looks to be a Rotbart. The plastic, a Fasan maybe? Pics were hard to see, but still a great price I hope.

That kind of looks like a psycho, doesn't it?
I think that slant is a Mulcuto instead of Fasan.
And at the risk of a third strike, I'll say that doesn't look like a double ring to me. The proportions look off.

I guess that's the beauty & curse of crappy pics. One thing I've learned, if the price is good, better jump on it if there's any chance it could be a rare one!

Doesn't it though! The taper, the distance between the rings....just...doesn't...look...quite right.

Ahhhh, I didn't even see that part! To be honest, I didn't even read that far! It shipped out today, so I'm hoping for a great end to my week. Looks like it'll be a great haul regardless.

For reference, here's a Mulcuto. My handle is different than the one in your auction. The handle is where it's marked Mulcuto. The head just says Solingen DRP

Having bought several things from that seller, I can almost guarantee it's not a Gillette double ring. Stranger things have happened but this seller knows what he's got and owns quite a collection. In the auction he said no brand name markings and you can pretty much put money on that with him.

Ya know, looking at those over & over, I think I've got some really neat ones coming. The black handle/silver head is really throwing me. It looks like an open comb with a safety bar & likely a 2 or 3 piece.
Something about the DR's just pulls me in. I don't have many duplicates of others, but I can't help it when I see a pretty DR!!

It looks like one but you won't know until you get it. There were a number of companies doing double ring clones.

I can live with a clone. Its odd that someone would make a Psycho clone though. I can understand another prison razor, but a Psycho clone is just, well, lazy.
