That's because he hasn't shaved yet.
Or, he just finished shaving with one of those 50+ year-old blades.
Which brings up another subject: I can't remember ever seeing a picture of a native American from the 19th century with a beard. Either they didn't grow facial hair, or they were into shaving big time, but with what?

That design looks cool too. Nowhere as bizarre as Racer though - a man jogging in 80's shorts on a razor blade wrapper is just too hilarious.
I love these vintage (and vintage-looking) designs. The more obscure brand the better.
