Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow Canucks. Wife is away for the weekend this year so the eldest is going to attempt to host. First time she has hosted a group. Upside I dont have to cook. Downside I have to help with dishes uuggghhh!

Thank you, and much to be thankful for. The igloo and hockey sticks seem out of place this Thanksgiving with continued unseasonably warm and dry weather in the coastal mountains of British Columbia. Highs in the low to mid 20’sC, clear skies and looking similar for another 10 days. Thankful to dine al fresco tomorrow, with a glazed ham, roasted root vegetables, braised cabbage and scalloped potatoes. Enjoy all!

No maple syrup for dinner (ok, a wee splash in the Brussels sprouts) and it was warm enough near Toronto to forgo the flannel, but it was a great day.
