Who wins and how ... by judge's vote at the end of the match, or by early stoppage (KO, submission, referee mercy, &c)

I got moves like Jagger
I go with a GSP win by decision. After getting kerplunked by Serra (man, that feels like soooooo long ago), GSP takes the slow and steady route to victory. If the chance for a stoppage is there, he'll take it but I think his days of risking losing to win nicely are done.

I'm probably in the minority here, but seeing how bad hendricks gassed in the condit fight. I think GSP might get a submission in the 4th. I think he's gonna get outstruck, taken down and outclassed by GSP.

I also think that if the condit/hendricks bout was 5 rounds, condit would have won.

I would love for Big Rig to land a nasty KO, but my brain says another notch in the W column for GSP. Thinking it will be a decision.

Rooting for Hendricks. I used to work with his wife's little brother and remember when Hendricks was awarded his first UFC fight, everyone at the shop was geeked. I like GSP as well, but I gotta go with the Okie.

I still think GSP wins by decision, but you do make an excellent point. You very well could be right. Johny fights so hard, he's not very good after about 10 minutes.

I think GSP is too crafty for Johny to get close enough to land that left, so I see GSP grinding or jabbing out another 5 round win.

well it was a valiant effort Hendricks! I think many folks will disagree with the judges.

Speechless...if anyone can honestly argue that GSP won that fight, I would love to hear it. Even he knew he lost; how else do you explain his punchy post-fight interview?

Terrible. So bad that I lost a bet on the fight and my buddy wouldn't even take the money.

bottom line is, hendricks came up short. just like gus/jones, just like edgar/bendo 2, and many others.

He didn't come up, short, he got robbed. That is the bottom line. No one that watched that fight could have possibly said, " well, that was close, but GSP had him where he wanted him and came out on top." St. Pierre never hurt him the whole fight, EVER, and came out 3 kinds of busted up. Apparently the only way Henricks was going to win was by knockout or submission.

i'm telling you, any arguments to the contrary will just look silly.

I am a GSP fan, and I think he is a genuinely good dude, an HE knows he lost that fight. No doubt. At all.

Then we can disagree, because i don't think hendricks was robbed. I'm watching the post fight presser right now. And hendricks said he wasn't even trying to KO GSP, then wth was he doing.

never leave it in the hands of the judges, he came up short. He had GSP hurt and didn't capitalize. Oh well for JH.

That is fine, of course. You and the judges can agree with the decision. Me and the rest of the country, including Dana White, can disagree with the decision.

Gsp has the belt at the end of the day, while hendricks is put back in line.

i hope they make hendricks/lawler for the title, if GSP retires.

People always get upset at certain decisions, because there have been plenty of those. Ultimately, don't leave it in the hands of the judges.

Dana white just said in the post fight presser, that apparently hendricks didn't do enough. He just likes to contradict himself.

ESPN is reporting that DW only scored round 4 as a win for GSP. By rounds won, he had it as a 4-1 win for Hendricks. No matter, what you or I think makes no difference at the end of the day. I do believe that Hendricks should get the belt if GSP follows through on his indication that he will vacate the title.

Moving on, was it just me, or did Evans look like the saddest winner in the world tonight? He seemed clearly conflicted with the way that he had to win that fight against Sonnen.

That was probably the most impressive that rashad has looked (besides the chuck KO) His last 1st round stoppage was almost 10 years ago. And you're right, he did look upset.
