Not sure if I need to say more?? I received my OSS about 3 weeks ago now... I used it exclusively for a couple weeks. I knew it was great from the start; but that was really confirmed after travelling a few days this week, where I took another great razor with me... Even though I loved that one too, it wasn't nearly as nice as the Ikon.

Can't wait to use it again later tonight or tomorrow when I shave next.

Michael, what's so great about it? What sets apart from all others? I've ordered the OSS baseplate to swap into my Feather AS-D2 to try out. Is it the hybrid design with open comb on one side and safety bar on the other?

I had put it to bed after using it once. It was too mild for me. However, I got a bad cut a few days ago (not from pulling the razor I had lifted it for the next pass and inadvertently turned my check into it. I typically use more aggressive heads but pulled out the OSS so I wouldn't reopen the cut. Got a nice shave out of it. WTG and XTG with the open and ATG and touch ups with the closed combs. Not a BBS but a DFS for sure.
