If using acrylic for scales, do you use just epoxy to glue the wedge? Or do you use a specific acrylic glue?
I think the common practice is to use pins, but if you are using glue make sure its compatible for plastics and always test on a scrap piece if it works. Some super glues will haze over the acrylic so be careful. If using acrylic for scales, do you use just epoxy to glue the wedge? Or do you use a specific acrylic glue?

it should not if you do it right.I'm planning on using pins/microfasteners, but only wanted one at the tip so don't want the wedge to twist out of place.
Peter, you can use either. I use an acrylic fusion liquid but your basic 5 minute epoxy will work or even a tiny drop of suer glue if your just planning to use the glue to hold the wedge in place while drilling/pinning.
