German made 1900's????

Help me find out what type of razor this is. All I know is that there is a marking on the underside in the center next to the neck of the razor with, "GERMANY"

I am trying to figure out the date and type. Any help would be great. I know the pictures suck but it is all I have....

I still would like to know what make it is, if that is possible. Is there some type of archive that I could look at to get a comparison?
