Gee, what could it be??

I recently placed an order with Amazon. The item was a DMT D8C ( yea, i know, why am i ordering hones from Amazon) i didn't see till after the order was placed that it was coming from another company and not Amazon itself. After 5 days of it not being shipped i sent them an email asking them what the problem was. Within an hour i received an email from Amazon stating your item has been shipped. I recieved another email today from the independant company saying "Due to a mistake in our warehouse, we have sent you the wrong item. Feel free to keep the item and a full refund has been giving because your item is out of stock and don't know when it will be restocked." Looks like i will be using sandpaper to lap my hones. Wonder what they have shipped to me? Should I ask them or let it be a suprise. Lol

Update: They called me and pretty much said the same thing that was in the email so I asked them "What did you send me?" there reply? "We have no idea" What kind of buisness is that? For all I know it could be a "neck massager" lol

Yea, stay away from them. I guess i'm lucky i got my money back but that doesn't change the fact i'm still without my DMT. And i will let you all know what it is they've sent me.

It was very bizarre. I can't belive they don't know what they've sent me. How do they keep track of there inventory? When i ordered it thay never said it was out of stock, then they shipped something and the next day said they were out of stock. Does't sound like a well run business to me to say the least
