All four razors are shave ready by my standards. Your standards may be different though.

Herder 49: 7/8", moderate honewear, a few patina spots. There is a gouge on the inside of the rear scale but the blade closes centered and true. I tried to brighten the photo to show the scales.

Shumate 222: 11/16", minimal honewear, fair amount of patina.

Robeson Shuredge: a hair under 5/8, moderate honewear, moderate patina. Pretty sure the scales aren't original, they're a little long but they work fine. Brilliant shaver.

Torrey Our 136: 11/16, minimal honewear, light patina (one more prominent patch near the toe on the back side). This one needs a little care in closing because it wants to lean toward the rear scale. I haven't bothered to bang on the pins to correct it though.

Shapton Glass 500 regular thickness, brand new, still in the shrinkwrap. I accidentally ordered two and I don't sharpen my knives often enough to justify keeping it as backup.
