I bought an Excel last October and noticed a chip on the base when I was cleaning it up yesterday so I shot them an email asking the best way to repair it. I was thinking I'd sand off the bit of rust then apply a few coats of high temperature paint, but this morning I got a phonecall from the owner of Mac's, Ian, asking for my address so he could send a replacement base unit. Truly outstanding customer service
