Anybody ever try using one of those ceramic fondue sets with the candle in the bottom as a scuttle? I mean, it sure would keep your lather hot, and the bowls are usually a good size for lather whipping.

No I haven't, but it certainly looks like a great idea! You're right when you say it will keep lather hot. Give it a shot and report back. Let everyone know how it worked out for you.
