Well this is simply a bad day for me. I was over at Shop London's and as usual went to the Penhaligon's section to see if anything was on sale. There wasn't a lot but I always check the English Fern page to see what they have and if I am finally going to purchase the EF aftershave splash. I have, or rather had been seriously considering paying up for the splash since I really love the scent. It is perfect for summer and spring and I had finally come to grips that once in my blue collar life I was going to splurge on a ridiculously priced consumable item. Imagine my horror when I see a "item discontinued" sign on it. It couldn't be. Surely it was just London's who wasn't going to stock it any longer. I went to Penhaligon's site to see what was what and it appears nowhere on the site. I am afraid yet another favourite a/s splash is gone. Bollocks! I will email and confirm it one way or the other. First it was Trumper's Wild Fern splash and now evidently this. If true then I am at a complete loss for a truely English style fern aftershave splash. Sigh.
