This is the Durex razor that I mentioned last week in this message .


It is a 5/8 blade, and has some discoloration that I have not tried to address yet.

Much of the blade discoloration is reflection and/or dust.

Any comments would be appreciated.

First, gather information from kind strangers



-- and a lot of reading.




My first project will be to clean the razor and get all the dust and accumulated grime off, then tackle the stains. I thought that I'd try something mild like toothpaste -- after testing it on a spoon or something. I have to be careful, for the blade is VERY sharp.
