I purchased these brushes today off Ebay. I'll mainly be restoring the small black brush. I havent got them yet but I would like to make sure I have all the tools and supplies I will need to do the job. I would also like to hear some tips from you veterans in this procedure. Thanks B&B...

The link provided by David above is the best on B&B for a starter I think. There are a zillion ways to get a brush restored, but this how-to post covers all the details nicely.

The referenced thread is very good and basically what I do when restoring brushes. You can use a high grit wet/dry sandpaper to remove small scratches around the top of the handle. I use 1000 grit paper and above for this. I then polish the handles with Flitz polish to clean them up.
