Filarmonica sub-cero

Does any one have any experience of or know anything about the Filly sub-cero stainless and especially the no 12 5/8?

The Sub Cero has a heavier spine than the standard Doble Temples; however, both are full hollow.

Wasn't it also cryo-hardened (or some other technical term), hence the name?

I believe these blades were individually hardened by Sub-Zero. FINISH HIM.

Probably. From my understanding, this is not uncommon and in fact recommended for stainless steels when used for cutlery.
