Feather professional F system razor - Anyone used it?

Shows an interesting looking razor. Appears that the razor head rotates so that the handle can be positioned like a typical cartridge razor or held like a straight razor. It also uses some advanced twin or triple bladed cartridge razor blades, where the 3 blade systems looks to enclose the blades in a wire mesh and provide a leading roller so that one can just "mow" the beard. Has anyone used this, or can anyone translate the web page into english?

I've seen barbers in Japan use similar razors but I've never used one myself. It says that the F-system is 'relaxing, adjustable, and speedy!'

Thanks, I didn't realize that babelfish supported Japanese. Some of the literal translations are funny:

• "Actualizing the moderate balance impression of being easy to handle. Good quality per skin of 3 blades is pulled out to the maximum."
• "Around the skin which is soft the coming out of the blade is little, you recommend to the sensitive skin and the one for woman shaving."

I am not tempted to try these out, but they do look more effective than the 4 & 5 bladed cartridges that other manufacturers consider state of the art.
