Pretty sure... I ordered the mission head and that's what the package says. Is there an easy way to tell based on looks if it is indeed the mission and not the mentor? Looking at the IB website, it's tough to tell a difference in heads.

I believe the Mentor head is more square and boxy than the Mission.
Check out the pictures of the Maggard V3 and V3A razor heads, as it is my understanding they are identical to the Mission and Mentor heads, respectively.
