Fatboy help plz.

I am sure this has been discussed although I did not find the answers. Any links appreciated folks.

Unlike my several other tto’s, this FB will tighten down and then it gets to a loose point and another half turn is allowed easily. This last half turn seems to bend the blade tabs up and the cutting side gets pushed out of alignment. It’s no longer level (symmetrically) and gives an awful shave.
Without a blade installed, that last half turn does nothing visually to the head, it’s only with a blade installed the (over) tightened head deforms the blade.

Turn until resistance. Then 1/4 turn more.

Likely the bar is bent off axis lengthwise, it would be level with the doors closed tight. It must move straight up and down and stay level.
