Well when i was a few years younger i had insanely bad acne, my doctor prescribed me accutane, and i used a product called spectro derm(i believe canadian only) and my face was clean and smooth as i could ever imagine, well lately now(im 19, almost 20) ive got a few patches of mild acne but its redish so it really stands out. whats a good product i could start using now to clean my face with daily that would also help with a bit of mild acne. preferably something moisturizing too as my face can get dry.

I will tell you I have a friend that I have seen little to no acne on in all the years I have known him. He uses an astringent called SeaBreeze (or something like that). He's always telling me of the crud it takes off his face even after washing. Maybe this and a little aloe can help you.
Spectro-jel is still in Canada, why not go back to it? I use it everyday, once in the morning, and once before bed, it's good stuff! I usually follow it with either a sunscreen in the morning (Neutrogena dry touch) or a moisturizer at night (Aveeno - the light blue one for ppl with eczema).
