Agreed. If you don’t glue it down first it’s going to fall apart when you seal it.
 
This 9 incher showed up and I couldn't pass. Based on color and label I would say Blau-Grun, blue green.

Just got this light green one in the mail from Griffith. It’s not very large for a bout, but it’s quite rectangular which makes honing quite nice. Been refining my edges all night and it’s quite effective. Wish I could find a larger one at a decent price.

"Look what I found"
A wild stone from this past weekend. A B-Gem sized stone with a interesting layer. The layer a a wedge on the bottom corner. Came in the bottom of a box with its rub stone. Lost its top and whatever label it might have had

Hi,

I would like some feed back or information on this stone. It was sold to me as an escher. Not sure what it is. its large --It feels very hard when used. I bought a small escher slurry stone from Tomo and it will raise a slurry.....I just don't know what this stone is. :(
